Yes, CFT is a member of the AFCC. We adhere to the AFCC’s Code of Conduct and expect our partners to do as well.

Can I integrate my CRM with CFT Pay?

CFT has existing integration with most of the common CRM solutions used in the debt settlement industry. In addition CFT provides the resources and technical team to complete any custom integration project.

What type of reporting does CFT provide?

CFT provides a full set of automated and customizable reports from revenue to enrollments to manage your business. In addition data can be queried directly from our system and loaded into your CRM or reporting solution.

What are the requirements for partnering with CFT?

No, we are not. We are a payment processor that has partnered with your debt settlement company to handle the payments related to your participation in a debt settlement program.
